Found the problem but I feel he overcharged me. Cost $105 an hour. Was also heavy handed and broke a clip and didn't tell me. He had also told me that he had broke two bolts on the previous job. I wouldn't recommend him.

Stephan came in the middle of the night, gave up witnessing the birth of his first born child to help me replace my blinker fluid because my air conditioning had stopped working. 10/10 would recommend to my closest friends and best enemies.
Stephen was able to fix the problem that others couldn't fix in less than 15 minutes
