I'd like to thank Evan and the Waterloo Staff at Vapors for helping resolve an issue I was having with a product. I understand there is a criteria that must be met in order to honor a warranty issue. Though my circumstance was unique in itself, Vapors after further review agreed it was a unique situation and honored the warranty. Again, I like to thank Vapors for their help and understanding during what was becoming for me a frustrating experience.
I love this store, ever sense I started going here I haven't had a bad experience. Everyone that works there is very friendly and I would recommend this place to everyone!
Went in with my cheap vaporizer and with in 30 seconds the person at the counter knew what I needed glad my friend told me about this place.
