Central Iowa Solutions built a large deck off our kitchen area. Trex decking and the Trex rain escape system were used. Cost was nearly $100K. Although, the framing is solid, we have low areas on the deck surface that retain water. I had to remove and reinstall the deck railing after completion due to improper assembly of the balusters. The rain escape system leaks. A system that was promised to keep our under deck living area dry, now pours water into the space near our foundation and exterior walls when it rains. We hired Central Iowa Solutions to remodel our Bathroom over a year ago, and most recently for some custom wood work design in the basement, and the experience was fantastic start to finish. The quote was detailed and transparent, the timeline was accurate, and the finished space looks like something out of a magazine. Dave is hands-on and genuinely cares about getting the details right.
