We had an old, rotting deck replaced with composite. Excellent price, work, and communication. HIGHLY recommend.
Our deck was built about 3 years ago. It is our dream deck. It is as sturdy and beautiful as the day it was built. The quality of the materials and the workmanship is impeccable. Ben was responsive to any questions and quality. If you want quality, CIS is the business I would suggest.
Central Iowa Solutions have done three major projects for us. We started with a new composite deck. We followed that up with a kitchen and bathroom remodel with some flooring updates and then when a tornado clipped our home a few years later, we needed assistance with new siding and fixing the roof on our outbuilding. CIS completed all the projects on time and within fair estimate prices. They do excellent work and we will definitely be contacting them again with future renovation projects.
