This facility has a LOT of issues. They have very poor communication and nasty people working there. I was hospitalized due to my mental health and missed two appointments but I did have them notified of this and they removed me as a patient for missing those appointments. Crazy how you can punish mental health patient who are dependent on you for meds for getting help. I was inly notified of the removal hours before my appointment. So hard just to try and get help from these people. Definitely not the place to go unless you like being treated like a number.
I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. This place is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. I only went here because it is one of the providers that does GeneSight testing. Please stay away. There are plenty of capable providers online and with other companies.
Thank you to this facility and Hannah for always making my treatments enjoyable. It’s life changing and with a nurse like Hannah who is so nice and calm really helps me. Thank you CIPS!
