Dr Wenger has been amazing! The accounting department has been a nightmare. I have called every time I set up an automatic payment and I was given the wrong amount 3 times now which then results in a delinquent notice, so I call, get the amount "Past due" set up a one time payment only to find out that it was wrong also! Again, once ok... but for the third time in 3 months it's just ridiculous!
Everyone is so nice here and we are in and out fairly quickly!
Dr. Wenger and the team at CIO are fantastic! From the first consultation through final appointment, Dr. Wenger was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain every step, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. They even took the time to follow up a few months after finishing to ensure everything was going well and I was still happy with the results. My son has been coming here for several months. The doctors are kind and patient, and so are the dental assistants. Anything we need, we are usually always able to get in that day. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.
Very good orthodontist! Everyone was very nice and had a nice vibe to it! Overall pretty good place!
