Extreme disrespect!
Very unprofessional staff. Communication is non existent. They use the snail mail for communication and expect senior citizens on disability to use their portal. Unbelievable they continue to pay for anyone abusing the system from drug dealers to anyone who knows how to work the system while terminating hard working seniors.
Watch out Ben will mess with your belongings even if there is no work order in that room!
