In June 2016 I had gutters and downspouts put on my house. there is an 18" gutter that he won't fix. He is too busy to fix it properly. I have spent more time calling and talking then it would take to finish the job. He has threatened me with a lien against my house and also that he is going to come to my house and take the gutters off. That just sounds like some trying to bully me instead of finishing 18'' of gutter.
