Scheduled an appointment a week out. When the day came he was supposed to be there at noon and I called and email and got a response an hour and a half after the time he was supposed to be there saying he was sick and forgot to contact me. When I told him I was frustrated because I took the day off to get that done and sat around all day he never responded and still has not contacted to try and find another time or try and make amends for that.
Service was quick and professional - will contact again for additional work!
