The CIAA is the oldest and most prestigious HBCU Athletic Conference in the nation or of any Athletic Conference for that fact! The first HBCU College Football Game ever played was between Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte NC and Livingstone University, Salisbury NC. Two great CIAA institutions of higher learning.

Very disappointed with quality of service provided by ESPN+ for championship game. It was difficult to get the game to play without interruption. Hopefully, this can be corrected since the CIAA has signed a (3) year contract.
