It was late on a Friday afternoon, and we knew we were arriving just as the centre was about to close. If we had been turned away, we would have completely understood. Instead, two wonderfully kind nurses welcomed us with genuine warmth and willingly offered their help. They were professional, efficient, and—most importantly—truly compassionate. We are deeply grateful. Their kindness touched us, and it will stay in our hearts for a long time.
