Great Customer service. Brand new warehouse. Clean and Safe facility. We had a great experience working with their team.
I was in a bind due to the product on 4 pallets in my trailer not wanting to stay on the pallets. I called up and spoke with Ashley told her my issue. I had to get all 4 pallets restacked and shrink-wrapped inorder to get off loaded. She told me to come on over and that there is a dock waiting for me. Ashley and Rob jumped right onto fixing the problem immediately after I got onto the dock. Very efficient work on fixing the issue.
