I live 45 min away. Took truck in for a “factory new transmission”. $7800. Left the first time and no one had test drove the vehicle once it left the ford dealership across the street. The truck shifted horribly and contacted the facility while I was in town still. Technician told me to go ahead and drive it home and see how it went. I profusely reasoned with him saying I did t think that was a good idea. After 10 min on the phone I then just told him I was bringing it back and that he needed to go and ride with me. Came to them thinking I needed a new transmission after they checked my car turns out I just needed a transmission service! Saved me a bunch of money. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
