Had a mold issue. Got charger for an additional month even after they knew about the mold. Called to get our card off file which they did, but even though August is paid for, they put a deadbolt on it. We should still have access to our moldy stuff til September 1st.
Seen mold in our storage unit the 28th. I was just in there the 16th before some bad storms. I called and talked with someone and was supposed to get a call back for them to look at it. Never happened. Called again the 4th, got told they'd call back 2 different times at a certain time. Each time we had to call them back. They took their payment out for this month even after they were supposed to follow up from the mold which never happened. I definitely dont recommend them at all!
