This review is a shoutout to Zach if I spelled that wrong he has red hair. He went above and beyond with dealing with the company my nvr is through, kept me informed and taught me a lot in the process. He helped smooth some communication issues I had as well will 100% request him if I need anything again.
I've been with CIS for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier with the product and customer service they provide. Security is important these days and CIS provides the level of safety needed. The technicians are always courteous and very knowledgeable and willing to troubleshoot any issues that may occur. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fire, burglary, cctv, or access control for your home or business.
They have had an alarm going off for no reason at night in Lawrence Square in the Old Hill neighborhood for months and no one is doing anything about it. No one responds to the alarms except the police(thank you ya'll) who can't do anything because they just go off for no reason. The alarm company blames it on the people who have the alarm and the people who have the alarm blame it on the alarm company.
I ask for a walk through they came out something happened so they didn’t do it. So I called back set a nouther walk through they say cuz gas and hostile they went though. But I try explain it’s cuz they was there. Well the last a customer
