Skidloader was down. Drive motor was weak. Austin told me there was a 2 week wait. I asked if there was any way i could get a rush on it. Austin found out my Skidder was down. 2 days later I've got my motor back and I'm happy. works good. Thankyou so much
The staff was nice except when I voiced my concern. I brought a Sundstrand 15 series U hydrostat in and received it back in worse shape than when I gave it to them. Charged me 600$ to replace the seals, came back missing a bolt,had a chip in the splines and charged me for a filter I didn't need. Drove 1 hour to pick up my missing bolt and it was the wrong one. The worst part is the hydrostat didn't work.
I have had nothing but great customer service here. They installed my Boss plow mount and wiring and also sold my Dad a new plow and did install as well. Brady is very knowledgeable and helpful on the plows and also was able to help with a warranty issue I had on an older plow. I have also had them repair hydraulic hoses for my skid loader and they do so in a quick manner and have almost all fittings in stock.
