I was initially concerned about the potential for a rushed job, but the technician took just under an hour to thoroughly clean out the A/C vents and explained that a moderate buildup of dust was affecting airflow. However, they did overlook replacing the vent grill as it was slightly damaged during cleaning, which I noticed after they left.
