I don't even know where to begin with my nightmare of this company I was at the emergency room in Bad Axe at McLaren Hospital diagnosed with COVID since the Hospital did not have the capability to handle COVID patients they had Central Huron Ambulance Service transport me to Pontiac McLaren needless to say without my consent.I was uninsured and low income when I called them on 1-19-22 about my bill the woman on the other end of the phone told me after looking at my information disregard the bill since I had COVID and was uni... read more
This company is terrible with communication. Just horrid. Cannot get a hold of anybody, . Have a bill, whereas they billed wrong Insurance and still won't correct it. Now Merchants and Medical credit Corp is harassing. Update: I know this will sound quite strange, but I called Harbor Beach Hospital and they put this company in touch with me. I called previous and they helped me with another unrelated issue, too. So Harbor Beach Hospital rated 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
