Doesn’t respond to outages. Nobody is taking calls. No crews are out. No power. Horrible service. Overpriced for no service
just horrible. their automated system is a joke and good luck getting someone who can help on the line. absolutely worthless
The worst electric company, full of incompetent workers, the absolute worst customer service , extremely disappointed
IF you blame Central Hudson for a storm outage then thank them when your power is restored.
In October 2025, I had come home to these green and yellow flags on my front lawn. I had called the town in frustration and confusion. They very promptly informed me that Central Hudson had a work order. I followed up with CH on the phone and conveniently there was never a supervisor available who could speak to the work that was scheduled. The staff on the phone who I spoke with, repeatedly, insisted that they had every right to be on my property and were not required to inform me of any plans.
