Absolutely PATHETIC excuse for a company. Whatever you call a "billing" department is an absolute joke. Please do all of us a favor and get bought out, please allow someone more competent then the monkey running this "company" to take over and fix the nonsense that is happening within your walls. The only reason anyone tolerates Central Hudson is because Nation Grid won't come down this far and we have no choice but to use your service.
