I was very disappointed with the service that was provided to me today. I called to schedule an appointment for 9/9/25 at 10 am for an oil change. No one called to confirm my appointment, so I had to call for a follow-up, and I spoke with Kevin, who said he would call me to see what happened to my appointment. Beautiful dealership, and beautiful service department, went in for maintenance and was greeted by Chris Letang, he helped me through the process and answered any questions I had, I was told it take a certain tone frame and was out before that, over had a great experience and will be recommending Central Houston Nissan and Chris Letang to all my piers that drive a Cadillac! If you’re NOT BUYING BRAND NEW DO NOT BUY HERE. My worst car buying nightmare and NO ONE IN THE BUILDING is doing anything. This car was sold immediately after trade in without proper maintenance and It WILL need several services within the first 6 months.
Kevin Amaya and Jimmy Franks are the real goats at this location make a long story short I came in with complaints about others and the way that certain things went initially these two work together to clear it up. Great teamwork definitely thinking about coming to this location and getting another vehicle. Thank you guys for all you guys help!
I had an ongoing issue with my vehicle that I brought to a Cadillac service center in Katy three times, but the problem was never resolved. I finally took it to Central Houston Cadillac, and they fixed it right away! The mechanics here are excellent, and Alvester Hill is truly the best.
