I had a great experience with central housing registry today. It was a painless process from beginning of application to end. Front desk woman was very accommodating.
If your not an immigrant you dont get housing. Period. They come first now. Us born here we have to rent from them at double the market rent. In their basements.
I've been homeless for over a year now and still can't find anything with my budget. ODSP only give us $522.00 for rent, in total I get $1206.00 per month and rent for a bachelor's or 1 bedroom starts at $1000.00 or more, if I didn't have friends I'd be sleeping on the streets.
