We’ve been with Central Hospital for about a year and I am glad to have switched my pet’s care to this clinic. The staff members are kind people and it’s evident that they care deeply about supporting my pet’s overall health. I have 2 cats, I brought one into vet for sneezing bouts, vet was great! A few days later the 2nd cat began with the sneezing but was worse, not eating, salivating- when I called they stated they would have to charge an urgent care fee, I would have thought they would either speak to vet for me and get a call back or schedule an appointment for the sicker cat. Great place to take your pet
Visited the vet for an accidental potential litter for my Dog and it was the best experience I’ve had going to the vet within the 4years of having my pup. This is the only reproductive health vet in southern Illinois and the best one. Amazing hospitality from the staff, educational, and great humor amongst everyone. If I could have this whole office come to Carbondale I’d pray and pay on it every chance I get. Reasonable pricing and amazing staff. I couldn’t stress it enough.
