Very goog with our fur baby.
I would give 0 stars if possible. We had to put down our beloved 17 year old dog and Dr Ellen Mcnitt was downright rude. I’m honestly in shock by her horrendous bedside manner. Our family will never take another animal there. You should be showing sympathy and compassion, not making your patient’s owners feel even worse at an already awful time. (Techs were very nice & compassionate though.)
I heard of this pet hospital from neighbors/friends. I had just lost my fur baby CHLOE & needed somewhere to get her cremated so I could bring her home where she belongs. Central Hospital for Animals in Herrin was very sympathetic toward my rough time & took great care with my baby. Since then I have gotten a new dog & recently brought her there for her shots.
