Should have read the reviews. Our VW went into limp mode and they were the only VW dealer in a 1000 km radius with the tool to diagnose why. First warning sign should have been that the reception lady never heard of my VW model. Anyway, brought it in to have it diagnosed. They checked it over, said "no problem, reset the computer, no more limp mode, all good to go". Of course the very next day (we're about 200km from the dealer by then), it goes into limp mode again. Took a gti in to diagnose and resolve an issue with a window, also requested a RWC, quoted over 3k for repairs, majority of which didn't need to be done, break pads down less than 1mm from purchase, repairs were completed for less that 500based on details originally supplied only too find out 2 wrong part numbers supplied was advised we would be better of sourcing the parts our selves due to turn around, repaired everything as stipulated by * for road worthy and then they try to claim extras on reinspection. Bought a second hand car from them which had all the service done on the logbook, apparently. Turns out some of the services were half done so I called and haven't heard anything back, I bet they are very busy?! Wouldn't recommend this place!!
