Your parts department is the worst ever. Visited on Saturday and No one was at the counter pushed the so called doorbell no one came I ending up having to yell out HELLO, a lady came out asked if you had wheel bearings for a hilux and she basically said no I’d have to order them in, now she didn’t even look at the computer to see if they were in stock so how would she know if they weren’t in stock ended up getting them from super cheap! You need to train your staff correctly worst experience ever!!
They deserve negative stars. I grant them two stars because of Rhonda. Thank-you Rhonda. I hope you find a better Employer. If apathy, dis-interest, disdain and an apparent lack of work ethic was sentient it would be Emerald Toyota.
I had booked in service and than after i had to reschedule service date, I called them and confirm reschedule date they said ok we change your date, but i went there 7:45 in morning after 2 hour’s drive they told me your car not booked in for service today after i told them i came from 2 hour and request if they can arrange service same day but no help from them and waste whole my day Very disappointed
Have been servicing my Landcruiser 79 series 21 model by Toyota Emerald for 3 years, the last 50,000 service was done approximately 2 weeks ago, 2 days inti our trip the fuel light came on on the dash. Taken vehicle to mechanic in Atherton Tableland and was informed that the fuel filter has never been changed. Good on you Toyota Emerald for the shitty work once again 2 second time been caught out for ticking the boxes for work not done.You are good at ticking the little boxes but work doesn't get done. Shame on you.
Many thanks to Service manager John Kelly and Mitch for getting our LC 200 back on the road after a fuel injector issue. John arranged to book us in on Tuesday to ascertain the problem after presenting to the dealership on the Monday. Five days and warranty approved and new fuel injector replaced.Back on the road with our caravan. Great service. John(Victorian)
