Recently installed a Baxi combi boiler for one of our clients. Had an issue after installation that turned out to be a small installation error - when I called CHNZ to get some technical support I found Sean from technical to be rude, unhelpful and at time condescending - as well as giving inaccurate information about the boiler. Eventually I got through to Joe in technical who proved to be very helpful and worked through the situation with me until I got to the bottom of the issue which turned out to be a simple fix. Really disapointed with the non existent follow up service. Have been told that Jo will call us on three separate occasions regarding our app not working and still no phone call. The system won't let us log in and apparently she's the only one that can help.
