I had my boiler serviced by Alex recently. It was the best service I've ever had on the boiler. His attention to detail was very good. He explained everything, was punctual, and gave a really clean and tidy job. He even worked around my shifts to fit me in. The prices were very good also. I will definitely use him again and recommend him.
Alex serviced the boiler at my old house. He was very polite and easy to deal with so when I moved house to a fixer upper last year, I booked him in to come and replace the boiler. He was very helpful in recommending a reliable model of gas boiler (a Glowworm) to fit in the slightly awkward position I had earmarked for it. He turned up on time and finished the job quickly and for a reasonable price. I will definitely be booking with him again when it's time for the annual service.
I have used a few plumbers over the years, but Alec is always reliable, very professional and very helpful. I have no issues at all in highly recommending him for your plumbing needs.
Alex was recommend though a neighbourhood group for plumbing and boiler work. We've used him a few times for repairs to a less than ideal boiler and heating system we eventually want to replace so don't what to spend a huge amount on. Alex has been great. Quick to come around and diagnose and fix issues. Whilst he doesn't have the cheapest hourly rate, he doesn't provide inflated quotes (as many do) nor does he suggest do more repair work than he need to for a job (as many do), so he provides good value for money.
