Very disappointed if I had a choice to do zero stars, I would have put zero!! They charged me $6000 to install everything. I called them to come fix the drain because it wasn’t draining properly. They send somebody out and just stick a 90 on the end of the drain didn’t even crawl under the house. I call again to tell them it still wasn’t working. They sent somebody out for a second time and the technician says he crawled under the house fixes it and says I’m low on Freon fills my air-conditioning unit up with Freon but does ... read more
I have used Central Heat and Air for many, many years. They have always been prompt and taken care of any problems.
Our HVAC failed and we called them on a Wed afternoon. Thursday morning the tech came and diagnosed it: we could repair or replace. Replace made more sense given its age, so on Friday we decided to do that. Monday morning they were here by 9 and all done by 2. Excellent service and fair pricing.
I used them for my new build and I will use them on my next one. They're very professional and have excellent customer service.
Central Heating & Cooling came right out on Saturday morning and replaced my thermostat and fixed my HVAC system at a very fair and reasonable price!!! I highly recommend Central Heating & Cooling!!! Thank you!!! TOP NOTCH!!!
