Great people they came out and did an evaluation on what I needed and came and installed it the crew was fast efficient and trustworthy I recommend them for all of your heating and a.c. needs the most professionalism I've dealt with in a long time.
The technician was great,but the the unit he installed did not work right after he left,so we called them back and they wanted to charge a service fee just to come back and either replace or repair the unit,which I think was unfair,we paid for a new unit originally,this happened after about 30 days, which the unit quit working right after it was installed and now that winter is here the unit does not work at all on heating mode it is just a off and switch
Our downstairs heat pump needed to be replaced after 15 years of service. Since Clanton summers are often brutal, we needed to ensure that the replacement unit as well as the HVAC install provider were both dependable.
