HVAC did not work and I thought that we had a capacitor issue. I replaced the capacitor and that was not it--DOH! We called CH&C and they came out to diagnose and fix the issue. A polite gentleman came out, talked to us about the issue, and started diagnosing our unit. After a little while, probably less that 20 mins, he let us know what the issue was and what he would be replacing/installing. Everything was reasonable: the tech, the fix, and the cost. When another issue arises we will be calling them again.
Very disappointed if I had a choice to do zero stars, I would have put zero!! They charged me $6000 to install everything. I called them to come fix the drain because it wasn’t draining properly. They send somebody out and just stick a 90 on the end of the drain didn’t even crawl under the house. I call again to tell them it still wasn’t working. They sent somebody out for a second time and the technician says he crawled under the house fixes it and says I’m low on Freon fills my air-conditioning unit up with Freon but does ... read more
