My furnace quit during the last cold snap. Wayne came out that day to evaluate and take measurements. Two days later, he installed a new furnace, seamlessly integrating the air conditioning into the furnace. (The original air conditioning installer had cut into the plenum and taped everything together.) The final product was clean and streamlined and Wayne left the place spotless. Really impressed with the service we got from Wayne. He installed a new humidifier for a very fair price and dealt with issues along the way (problem with our old furnace), which was beyond the scope of service we initially contacted him about, but he went above and beyond to repair it. Wayne is reliable, honest, and thorough! We will be coming to Central Heating & Cooling Co. for all our HVAC needs from now on! Would 100% recommend!
I recently had an issue with my furnace's inducer motor and reached out to Central Heating and Cooling. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and very transparent about the entire process. They provided an honest assessment and charged me half the price I was quoted elsewhere! Wayne was knowledgeable, friendly, and did an excellent job. My furnace is running smoothly again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend for anyone in need of HVAC repairs. Great value and outstanding service!

Wayne came out right away to repair leaking furnace. He discovered the problem, fixed it, and at that point his job was done. But he then mopped up both the inside and outside of the furnace and gave my a/c a good wash down. All the while he explained what he was doing and have me maintenance advice. I would rate this company a 10* out of 5* if I could. Thanks Wayne.
