On a 100° holiday weekend our air conditioner quit. We called Central Heating & Cooling, Montgomery City MO, and they answered, took our name & said they would get to us as soon as they could. That was at 10am on a Sunday morning. At 3:00pm that day Ben B showed up and within 45 minutes we had cool air again! He was FANTASTIC!! He knew what he was doing, did it efficiently and was also very nice and friendly. I don't want my unit to break again but I would certainly like to work with the Company & Ben B again!!!
What a wonderful friendly service technician Dominic. As we all know we hate someone looking over our shoulder, but Dominic explained everything he was doing with a pleasant attitude
Great service call from Dominic Alivernia. He spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly checking and cleaning my AC system, and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Professional, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure everything was running properly. Highly recommend!
Dave and Cole did a phenomenal job installing my new system. Everything working exactly as I hoped and more! Would absolutely recommend to my friends and family!
