Had an air conditioner that didn't work and it was the hottest day of the year so far. Called Ken Johnson my Central Heating and Air Sales guy who sold us a new unit for another part of the house. He tested me back quickly with the best service contact number. I called and got a call back from the technician John in about an hour. Described the situation and he said he'd be there in an hour. They arrived EARLY, their HVAC Tech (Conrad, you RULE!) was extremely professional, asked many questions about my unit for a thorough diagnosis, and was always ready with an answer for my questions. Best of all, they were honest about repairing a series of sensors my HVAC unit vs. getting a new one.
