The location is close to my residence and the choice was a good choice. After the length it took to get the insurance to approve we were able to move along in a smooth fashion. The lady who helped me with my equipment was friendly and patent. She was thorough in making sure I understand how to operate the system, and asked specific choice questions on the set up. They provided some options on the accessories that went with the machine and explained my responsibilities for follow-up with primary care as required by insurance.... read more
I have had tge need to work with this company on several occasions, The Employees are great and communicate extremely well. They know their stuff and are super helpful in explaining everything, including insurance and billing!!!!

Normally before doing business with a new company I read the reviews and make my decision based on those reviews, this is the one time that I did not read the reviews and I’m glad I didn’t because I would have missed out on meeting some very wonderful people.
