This was my first visit to the pre op department and although there is no parking, the facilities are second to none. I was seen within 5 minutes by Nicola who was polite, knowledgable and did a thorough check on me, including an ecg. Then I saw nurse practitioner Sue a few minutes later. This lady was absolutely amazing! I have never felt so comfortable talking to a medical professional. She made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into her room. I don't really leave reviews but I absolutely felt the need to considering how caring, kind and smiley all the staff were this morning (26/08/2025). A particular thank you to Andrea who calmed every one of my nerves and made me feel at ease. She spoke me through everything she was doing and made me feel so comfortable, I wish I could have Andrea at every appointment I go too! Thank you so much everyone x
Cannot praise enough-all nurses great and very efficient. Amazing through preop. Special shout out to Mrs Bacon-staff nurse -professionalism and patient at highest level. Wow
I attend pre operative appointments here and so far the staff have been very polite and supportive Parking is not very good and traveling there by car but it’s ok in a taxi for myself then I get dropped off bang outside the clinic and picked up there to go home My last pre operative was done very well and both nurses were professional, friendly and helpful Top ratings from myself 5*
Had my IUD removed by Amy on 09/05/2025. She was fantastic. So reassuring (I was very nervous), quick, informed on all the facts. A really good experience. Thank you Amy!
