The girl with the pink hair has no customer service skills. I was lost looking for the pathology place not realising it wasn’t at the same desk (only inside the same centre). I stood there and was not acknowledged whatsoever. How hard is it to say “I won’t be a minute.” No look up, no speaking. I was lucky one of the pathology ladies came out and asked if I was looking for pathology. Acknowledgement isn’t hard. I’m glad I wasn’t using this business and I won’t be in the future

Don't waste your time. Likely to wait over an hour. Today I waited two hours after my appointment time and still hadn't seen the doctor. This is after a previous visit where I had my appointment cancelled when I was 5 minutes late even after I called ahead while on my way saying I was stuck in traffic. They don't respect people's time here. This was the last straw, I'm done with this place.
