Spent 3 hours constantly calling just to get put on a waiting list. We were placed on that waiting list on Tuesday. I understand they are busy so waiting lists are a necessary evil, But come 2 days later, I am still trying to call for hours to just get this response. "I will place her on a waiting list." In which I responded " I thought she was on a list?" Apparently they start a new list every day. once again, this wouldnt be an issue if they relayed there policies and procedures.
