Attitude of staff and mgmt is disgraceful. they dont record calls. Couldn't start my phone enquiry without the operator trying to create an argument. Same with her Mgr when I tried to voice my complaint! Then mgr has the gaul to suggest I fueled the fire so to speak but doesn't have a clue about how the call went. Managers words were she doesn't care about the feedback. Crazy!
This place has never have any appointments available at all and also for daily drop in they will always say that it's FULL. I started calling at exact 8.30 today and called 4 times from which no one responded for first 3 calls and 4th call answered at 8.34 and this lady told me they are fully booked. I can't believe they fully booked in 4 minutes . it easily takes about a minute to ask someone their name , DOB and if its medical today etc . Absolutely useless never have appointments available less than 3-4 weeks away Dr's don't care or listen when you get there even if you tell the exactly what's wrong from a known health problems and I've had first hand experience having to go to hospital because my Dr wasn't even available for a phone call for over 2 weeks. If you care about your health and that of your families register elsewhere
