I had the best experience with Toni! It was my first time dyeing my hair, and she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience. I went in for a trim and got an extremely uneven CHOP I went in today to get it fixed they said they couldn't fix I would like the owners to make this right and refund me so I have money to go somewhere else to try and fix the uneven mess my hair is now no sorry no accountability at all disgusting
They always accomodate your appointment time and everyone is super nice and talented. I have had my haircut from them in past 3 years.10/10
Edward, the only male stylist, was definitely a Diva and fixed my crowning glory from shame. He was confident and knows what he is doing. Specifically ask for him when booking; highly recommended.
