We were supposed to get a delivery from Floor and Decor and apparently they hired this logistics company to ship our tile to our house. They told us to have someone at our house today and it would be delivered between noon and 4pm. I hired someone to sit at my house and be there. At 335pm, I got a call from someone allegedly named Juan. He told me that our tile would not be delivered until tomorrow and to again, have someone at my house from noon to 4pm. Customer service is trash. Worst company ever. Too bad zeros weren’t possible. My product is sitting in a warehouse, contractors waiting for product that was ordered through Webstraunt with confirmed delivery. I even tried to contact the warehouse to pick it up myself, but the call person refused. Now are making me wait three more days to deliver costing me more money and lost time. Please don't use this company. Is a trash. I never had problems with other company, but is terrible. Please don't use this company.
In my 20+ years of receiving large freight orders, NEVER have I had a worse experience than the one I suffered with this company! The utter lack of basic customer service, knowledge of their own internal processes and woeful incompetence is beyond the pale. I would never recommend this company. In addition, after waiting 6 hours, multiple calls and two rescheduled dates without ANY notice, I still don’t have my freight. DO BETTER!
