I found the staff to be understanding or find a solution to my problem that I was facing Because of that reason I rate them 10 out of 10.
Went in and spoke to the receptionist about having a hole cut in our door so we could put a dog door in, they arranged an appointment for us the following Monday, they then called us after the time of appointment and said that they'd have to postpone to the following Monday. That day came around, and nobody showed up. Nobody called. So we called and asked what was happening, and we got excuses and almost got postponed again until I said we would just go somewhere else. At least 20 days later and I still haven't received a quote. I've chased them up many times to visit, and when they eventually did turn up, I still haven't received a quote, despite being told it would be within a few days of me ringing yet again. Still nothing. Not happy. Not good service!
Not even one star service. Went in on Monday to book my vehicle in for a genuine windscreen on the Friday. Friday morning arrives, go to drop the vehicle off in the morning and advised the windscreen is due in at 12pm yet my appointment is 8am. Not suitable for me due to other plans we could not change. I wasn't contacted the morning of or night before advising the windscreen is delayed and it would possibly need rebooking.
