The son of a friend found himself stuck on a road in sparta and tried calling the towing company but they wouldn't help him unless he had cash and he didn't but he still had a way to pay and the towing company would still not come to help him.
Hell No! Wouldn't help an out of town, lost kid, at night delivering medical supplies unless he paid CASH. WTH?!

My roadside assistance called them for a jumpstart today and they were wonderful! The driver was super nice and friendly and was there within 30 minutes!
I am an insurance agent. One of my customers used Central Georgia Towing & Tire for their roadside assistance to tow a vehicle with a flat tire. The operator DROVE the vehicle with a flat up onto the ramp, causing the tire to come off of the rim and damage the rim of the vehicle. When I called the company to figure out a resolution, the owner was extremely rude and said "They can't prove it was us who damaged the car, so *%$# 'em." Excellent towing company! Courteous on the phone, and they responded quickly. Drivers can take debit/credit, and gives you a receipt automatically via text or email. I towed a vehicle 50 miles away and the pricing was very fair!
Called my insurance company to have my car towed. Central Georgia came to tow my car. They beat the given eta by 10 minutes. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this tow service!
