When will our money from financial aid come through the mail
The Financial aid office on the Macon campus is the worst run office I've ever seen!! I did my part submitting my loan application weeks before it was due, on July 24, 2014. They lost the paper work and I had to return to the office on August 19, 2014 to talk to someone about my account! After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I finally get to talk to someone! Now, I come to find out my loan is STILL NOT PROCESSED!! SO now, I have to make another trip (50 miles round trip) to get this sorted out once again!!!!!
