I am at the Warner Robin center . I have been a patient for a long time in the Dublin and Macon offices On 07/16/26 my appointment was scheduled for 1015 it now 1207 still haven’t seen the doctor. One nurse with the nose ring seems to have no concern when I told her about my blood pressure. I will not be coming back to this branch due to lack of nursing professionals.I will be requesting all appointments be scheduled in the Dublin and Macon offices . Dr Elmore is wonderful and so are the people who work with him! However if you have a problem with a medicine messages dont seem to reach him. It has been over a week with three unreturned calls. My dentist sent paperwork before oral surgery and they sent it back with somebody else's info on it. Pushed dentist back 10 days. Still dont have a call back on the med that is making me sick! Wonderful doctor but the office workers dont seem to care
Dr. Hoffman is very kind and caring. I appreciated his attentiveness and professionalism. The medical team are great, too! Donnarae, the medical assistant, made me feel instantly at ease with her sweet spirit. Rachel, the front desk receptionist, is amazing. Thank you team! It's comforting to know I can receive great care here.
