This office is the most unorganized medical office that we have ever experienced! It has been a total nightmare !!!!!!
I don’t know about Dr Heacock. After three visits and two cancelled colonoscopies I only met him as I was coming out of anesthesia. Terrible service. Colonoscopy cancelled twice. The rescheduling was a nightmare. Suddenly I needed clearance from two other doctors. Even then I couldn’t get scheduled. I was actually hung up on when trying to.
