Great experience!! Michelle was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
Kristen was a DREAM! I felt same and she explained to me everything to me in a way that I understood. However, their whoever is over their billing is awful. First, they gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to have some work done. Then when I returned and had it done they charged me 3x the original estimate. I paid a partial amount and told them I would wait for my insurance EOB and pay the rest of the bill. I got my EOB a few weeks later. My EOB said that I owed them less than half of what they were trying to charge... read more
