The receptionists are an absolute disgrace, their attitude and outright complacent approach to patients and vulnerable visitors is absurd. This place is an embarrassment to the NHS on all levels.
Shocking, and just registered there, leaving after xmas. Was told by the Dr that due to my condition the drs don't know what to do with me and when I said "then where does that leave me" he shrugged his shoulders and just stared at me, disgusting, and ridiculous. Don't go here, they do not care about their patients.
What you got to do to get an appointment this is terrible service
Worst gp ever. Wish I could go to another practice for me and my infant but other gp’s aren’t taking on any new people. Nothing like the midlands gp I have used for the last 25 years. Even to get my child seen to they never help and keep pushing everything off avoiding to get appointments and then the new protocol for everything to be done by e-consult. Why even bother, this place makes the long waits at a&e seem the only option, which I despise doing but I guess that’s the only option now?
