I had a booked appt today for 2.15pm with Dr Potter...I arrived and booked in at 2.10pm...at 2.50pm I had still not been seen...I spoke to receptionist who apologised and said previous patient was still in with Dr Potter. This surprised me as I had always been told that these were 10 min apps. As I had another appt elsewhere at 3pm I had to leave....receptionist said I would just have to ring up and make another appt. Tried that...guess what...no appts available!!
Excellent GP practice. Staff are friendly and approachable, appointments are available within 1 working day or same day and they accommodate working hours/other commitments. Practice Nurse Dawn was an absolute delight during my procedure and Dr Pagadala was very attentive and listened fully to my concerns, I didn’t once feel rushed through my appointment. Would recommend to anyone.
Very Very POOR SERVICE.Changed my Old Doctors to this one, Massive Mistake! been Registered for 1 week and cant get to see A Doctor its a Frigging joke really is.Phoned EVERYDAY at 8.30am opening times by 9am Nothing Crap servive.Should be closed Down.RUBBISH.

Everyone is super friendly and hard-working especially Dr Imam.Dr Iman gives 100% effort for all of his patients.He really helped my son with his neck problem.
