We are new to the UK, having moved here from the states with a 5 year work visa. Besides getting phones, internet access & signed up with the NHS, securing a vehicle for transportation was important. Outstanding customer service from start to finish while buying a car. No pressure, just honest advice and a smooth transaction. Richard was knowledgeable,professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Mark was very nice and Tim did a small but professional touch up job a few weeks after purchase. Always great service. Been elsewhere a few times as Central Garages haven’t had the right car available at the time I needed a car, but always disappointed with other car garages, either they try to rip me off with what’s included in the warranty or they are just too salesy! Central Garages are just brilliant when it comes to sorting problems and honouring the warranty. Thank you ☺️
Amazing service. Recently bought a car and exchanged my old one. Whilst I was waiting for my car to be ready they provided me with a courtesy car for 3 days, free of charge. My experience was seamless, handling my road tax and V5 quickly. Happy to say I will return for any servicing in the future.
