We had a very poor experience with this garage. Within days of buying a car from them, we reported an engine noise and raised the issue a number of times afterwards. The car was returned to them several times for investigation, but nothing was ever done to resolve it. Less than a year after purchase, despite being reassured multiple times by the garage that there was no issue, the car suffered a full engine failure. We are new to the UK, having moved here from the states with a 5 year work visa. Besides getting phones, internet access & signed up with the NHS, securing a vehicle for transportation was important. Outstanding customer service from start to finish while buying a car. No pressure, just honest advice and a smooth transaction. Richard was knowledgeable,professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Mark was very nice and Tim did a small but professional touch up job a few weeks after purchase. Hands down the best garage I've encountered.I appreciated the old school customer service. Thanks all!
