The owner promptly went out to diagnose the issue when the furnace went out during the recent cold period. In the end, we had to replace the furnace entirely, and Central Furnace Repair's quote was significantly less than that of the nearest rival. The entire job was completed in a few hours without the need for a weekend premium because they rescheduled to include a Saturday when a technician was available! Excellent assistance, amiable individuals, affordable costs - what more could one desire?!!
They were an extremely professional crew. They clarified everything and addressed all of my inquiries. My HVAC system, which is a special system, was replaced. When I had questions and concerns, they were really understanding. I heartily endorse them. The office personnel took good care of my family and me, were extremely educational, and kept me informed about the schedule.
Our furnace was out on the day following Christmas. Central Furnace Repair Parker was at our house within an hour of our call to ask for service. Terrific service. Tyler is a nice person as well!
