Total Scam... get notices a few times each year from this obviously SCAM Company. All of them are ripped up and, unfortunately, added additional "junk" to landfills.
These people prey on new home owners in Florida. They are a big scam. Being new to Florida I almost fell for it. Best to check the legitimacy of things that come in the mail by looking up website and phone number and calling the city you live in for verification. Shame on them! They don't get any stars for trying to rip off people.
I don't like their misleading and deceptive marketing practice of sending out postage paid cards to homes imploring us to have our water checked. Before sending in the card, I checked to see if this is a valid organization, only to find out it's a scheme to sell me water filtration system after they test the water and inform me how terrible my water is. I already have a reverse osmosis water filtration in the kitchen and fill my stainless steel water bottles when leaving the house. Consumers beware!
Really less than one star. This company's marketing scheme is a total scam, as others have posted! I recommend NOT dealing with this company; and, I have demanded to be removed from its mailing lists - I'm tired of receiving misleading and false ads in the form of an "official" notice. Don't believe the ads or mailers - after naively agreeing to the test (new to Florida), they are, in my opinion, just come-ons to get a sales rep inside your house, to hard sell you (again in my opinion) overpriced and low-quality water soften... read more
No stars....the company is out to scam - read the BBB write up of them, worst company around the Fl area
Most of us have an understanding that the tap water is not good in Florida, but you should have it tested. Great company!
