The office staff is incompetent, especially the office manager and scheduler for surgery. Doctor Narayan is rude, disrespectful, and apathetic.....could care less that treatment is still pending after 2.5 months. Trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible....no one answers and mailboxes are always full.
I saw him 2 yrs ago. Im posting again because im still suffering from his treatment! I was referred to him by West Monroe ER. Worst dr ever! He put me under 6 times trying to remove a stent. I suffered so much. I could not walk and im still having problems. Lots of issues because of this man. I have a great dr now. Thank goodness i was able to see him when i went to Advent. Do not go to this dr!!!
Super amazing doc super amazing staff. In this day and age it's hard to find both compassion and efficiency dr Narayan is one of the most efficient compassionate doctors ive ever met. Very thorough very caring. Your not just tolerated here, your celebrated. So glad I ignored some of the reviews before I came. turns out bad staff, that are no longer there. I left another office to come here so glad I did God is amazing and so is the level of care you receive here.
My husband was admitted in the Hospital with a severe Prostate problem and had no Primary Doctor. After 1 month and 1/2 Dr Narayans Office was the only Urologist that would accept him. There is a shortage. I must admit I was a little nervous not knowing if he could repair my husband’s problem. Yes, Dr Narayan’s bedside manner is not the best but after 2 surgeries we are extremely happy with the results. Thank you Dr Narayan and his entire staff.
