My experience with this office was great from my first call through this morning's visit. Front office staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The doctor herself was clear, direct, and reassuring. While it turns out I don't need Dr Sprock's services at the moment, I suspect I will need them in the future and I won't hesitate to go back.
So disappointed in this Dr and her office. They’re all about the dollar disregarding the patients’ needs. I was told to ask any questions during an appointment that wasn’t related to what I was being seen for was an additional $250. REALLY? I’ll find a Dr who cares.
Dr. Sprock is a wonderful doctor and I love her. Lately however, I've had a very frustrating experience with front desk staff (and medical staff). I've requested a prescription refill in person and several times on the phone. My pharmacy requested it 4 times. Nothing. This is something she's been prescribing me for several years so it's just a matter of sending in a new prescription when the old one expires. This shouldn't be so difficult.
Caring Dr. who is up to date on women's health concerns and evidence based practices. I have felt validated and cared for by a Dr that understands there are times a women's body needs supported to ensure quality of life. You will not be dismissed.
